Recruitment Consultant –Construction – Blue & White Collar – Wembley – London BENEFITS • Basic salary From 18k - 26k, depending on experience • OTE 30k - 35k • Excellent commission scheme • Private Healthcare • Pension scheme THE CLIENT Our client is one of the leading providers, in Engineering recruitment. They cover the whole spectrum, from Construction, through to Medical and Space! They are acknowledged as leaders in these fields. THE ROLE Your role is a first introduction, to selling to both Clients and Candidates. The role will involve identifying new leads, through making cold calls, talking to contacts in the industry, including candidates and undertaking general research. You will then progress these leads to firm orders from a client prior to sourcing candidates for specific roles, screening them effectively and selling candidates back to the Client. You will receive support from a senior member of your team to ensure that your skills are enhanced THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • You will have at least 6 months experience in recruitment, ideally within the Construction sector, but other sectors may be applicable • First class communication skills, through face to face meetings, written communications and excellent telephone manner • Self motivated and Ambitious • Professional attitude, with a willingness to learn YES Rec2Rec has successfully placed over 550 recruitment professionals in the last four years and currently have 1700 live vacancies across the UK, Europe and World-Wide.
