They offer the full recruitment and training packages to many of the UK's largest Construction Groups. They have secured a number of key contracts to supply significant volumes of skilled labour to Rail, Civil Engineering, Commercial and Construction projects. ROLE Reporting directly to the Senior Branch Manager you will be required to manage the existing team of 4 who all work within specific sectors. This will be a hands on leadership role, along with been tasked to maximise revenues you will be required to hire a minimum of 2 additional consultants, running your own desk you will identify potential new clients through a clear sales process and source suitable candidates through face to face interviews, placing the suitable candidates, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service generates ongoing repeat business. IDEAL CANDIDATE • Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience •Have previous man management experience with a proven track record of retaining and developing a team consistently performing consultants. • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently build strong relationships with both external and internal customers. • Be comfortable working in a targeted environment, with evidence to back up your impressive track record of business-to-business sales. • Thrive in an environment where customer service is key and used to multi tasking and achieving tight deadlines. • Be recognised as an individual creates a strong team environment.
